Enrollment: Registering for Horizons Summer 2025 Program
Please note that no student will be admitted into the program until ALL the forms mentioned below have been uploaded by a parent or guardian onto Salesforce. Completing the Salesforce application does not mean your child has been enrolled.
Step by Step of Enrollment
- Complete the REQUIRED forms
- Click on the link to Salesforce
- Login with your email (If you forgot your password, you can press on forgot password and create a new password)
- Review and fill out any new information that may have changed
- Your registration will be finalized once ALL Permission and liability forms are FILLED and SIGNED by a parent or guardian and/or doctor if required.
You will receive an email from Salesforce once you have been accepted into the program. Completing this application only does not mean your child is enrolled for Summer 2025.

- Please fill out this form if you want your child to receive OTC medication. The form must be signed by a doctor.

A: Yes, Saturday Academy is 18 Saturdays from 9-3pm

A: Saturday Academy takes place at Bancroft Elementary School
Q: Is Horizons free of charge?
A: Yes, the program is free of charge.
Q: What are the times for the summer program?
A: Varies per site, approximately 8:30 - 3:30 pm
Q: How many sites does Horizons have?
A: Two in DC, Maret and St. Patrick's and one in Montgomery County, at Norwood.
