Sydney joined Horizons Greater Washington in June 2018 as a Lead Teacher at the St. Patrick’s site. She has also taken part and taught at the Saturday Academy with Bancroft Elementary School.

During the school year, Sydney teaches kindergarten at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day School. She graduated from the University of Maryland - College Park with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology. In her free time, she loves to go for runs outdoors, crochet, and explore the city.
